Soft pull only
Checking your options uses a soft credit pull. It does not appear on your credit report and does not affect your score. You can apply just to see your rate.
No price markup
The roof costs the same whether you finance, pay cash, or use insurance. We cover the lender’s fee ourselves, so financing doesn’t raise your price.
Ask about payoff terms
Payoff terms are set by the lender. Mario or the office walks you through them before you sign.
Honest caveat
Deferred-interest promos charge back-interest if you don’t pay the balance off inside the promo window. Read the disclosure. We’ll explain it before you sign.
