Each era has predictable failure modes. The right fix depends on which decade your roof was built and which re-roof generation it’s on.

Our trucks carry the right parts for every roof era. Old Victorian flashing, Eagle Capistrano underlayment, modern self-stick membranes — we keep them all on the truck. On period homes, the work is as much about restraint as materials: matching shingle profile and color to the era rather than dropping a modern high-profile ridge onto a nineteenth-century roof form, keeping eave and rake detail lines intact, and reusing or replicating original metalwork where it is still sound. A steep, multi-plane older roof also takes longer to lay out and flash correctly than a simple gable, so we price and schedule those honestly instead of quoting them like tract work.
